Harbor Harbor to Frying Pan Island, cont’d

Pig Island

This was a 90 degree turn to port, with just enough room to negotiate the turn!

Boat hardly fit through this channel!

Henry’s has a couple of docks for sea planes, and several more for boats.

Picture shows a sailboat, motor yacht, sea plane, and ski boat!

Boat coming in, sea plane going out (and up)
.

Took the dinghy to the next cove, with a very small grocery and a liquor store (LCBO-Liquor Control Board of Ontario), which has its own dock.

We met a really fine couple, Judy and Peter, who were previously from Virginia, but who moved to Toronto because of work in 1987, and who own a cottage on Frying Pan Island.  They were very gracious and invited us over to their cottage so we could see what these cottages are like.  These are pictures of their lovely cottage, which have beautiful views from every advantage.

Frying Pan Island to Clear Bay Anchorage

in the Moon River area

There were actually 3 planes in port, along with about 15 boats.
